June 7th, 2008Dear Tell All,
So like I said before, I’m trying to go to more museums and be a cultural maven as well as a downtown IT girl!!! Life isn’t all about parties…only 90% of the time. So my super hot girlfriends who are also super hot Moms, Sona and Spring and their babies Atlantis and Adrian went to The Met, no ladies not the gay bar in Brooklyn….but that museum uptown…i was really only attracted to that place cuz its were the Gossip Girl girls sit and get taped gossiping and I was hoping for a walk on role…or a roll in the hay with Nate Archibald!!! Yeah I know you would think I’m more of a Chuck Bass kinda girl…but Nate just does somthin for me!!!
No luck…but it was the Puerto Rican Day Parade!! At thats point in time, the only art I wanted to study was bad tattoos on hot Rican dudes!!!! But there were children around and a super hero exhibit to see..and I’m always lookin for a hero…the boy kind or the food kind.
Your not supposed to take pics there, but we snuck anywayz!!! I was sooooo into The Post Modern Body…that I think it just may be my new look!!!! I need that Thierry Mugler motorcycle get up and those Galliano boots!! I already have the Bernhard Willhelm stuff that was in the show, so I’m over that!!! One thing that really upset me about the Patriotic Body part of the exhibit is that my dear friend/most fave designer, Jeremy Scott’s Stars and Stripes Riffle dress was in the book for the exhibition but not in the exhibition itself!!!! Ugh! That dress is a piece of American History, Fashion History and Jonny Makeup History cause my ex boy band VIP(Party Boys) performed at the after party for that collection!!!! How rude of who ever curated( just learned that word from D.J. KKK ., the most influential woman in art) the show!!!! That was banjee and not in a good way!!!!
Anyways after that I needed to get my Frozen Hot Chocolate cherry popped!!! Ya I lived in New York how long and I never got to taste Rachel Ray Fave NYC dessert at Serendipity III???? I had to have it before I left town to go back to Hollywood to follow my dreams!!!!
